Running a road race is a potentially hazardous activity.  You should not enter unless you are medically able and properly trained.  You assume all risks associated with running this event.  Having read this waiver and knowing these facts and in consideration of accepting the entry fee, you waive and release the Fellowship Bible Church, Living Water International, the city of Searcy and all sponsors, their representatives and successors, for all claims or liabilities of any kind arising out of participation in this event.
